The garden is located on the East (in summer until about 3 o'clock in the afternoon sun in the garden) and has an area of about 48 m 2 and is equipped with outdoor electricity and a barn of approx. 6 m 2, useful for the bikes.
There are two bedrooms in the home.
The apartment is located in a quiet but emerging neighborhood around the corner from the Erasmus park and Bos en Lommer square with various shops and restaurants. Within walking distance is a branch of the supermarket Dirk van den Broek.
The accessibility both by car and public transport is very good. By bus (line 15 and 21) and with the tram (line 7 and 14), you are quickly in and out of the Centre. With the car is the A10 Ring Road a few minutes away from exit S104. Parking is available in front of the door by means of paid parking or parking permit. According to parking management of the city of Amsterdam there is currently no waiting list to obtain a parking permit.
The House is available per 01-06-2019 for two years
