This nice townhouse is located on a quiet street (no through traffic) within cycling distance of the city center. At the end of the street you can walk straight into the park for example to walk the dog. And if you like the sun, then you are in the right place as this house has a nice deep backyard on the southeast. Close to the A7 motorway which takes you to Amsterdam in half an hour or by train (station 5 minutes away) in 40 minutes.

Layout

Ground floor:

It is nice to come home through the covered entrance and hall. The Z-shaped living room is enlarged at the front by a bay window extension. At the rear a conservatory extension with double doors, through expansion a large kitchen with large dining room. The kitchen consists of a 5 meter long kitchen unit with plenty of cupboard space with a pharmacy cupboard and built-in appliances consisting of a hob, convection oven, dishwasher and hood. A separate stainless steel American fridge freezer and separate combi microwave. Everything is currently being painted downstairs. The first floor can be reached via the connecting hall with staircase, where you will also find the toilet room (renewed in 2012).

1st floor:

This floor has been adapted to the wishes of the current owners by pulling the two front bedrooms together. A wonderfully spacious bedroom has been created with more than enough space for a double bed and a large wardrobe. The space is extra practical to use by the existing dormer window. At the rear there is a spacious 1-person bedroom. The bathroom was renovated and enlarged in 2012. More space has been created by moving the shower corner. There is a floating toilet and a double sink with furniture.

2nd floor:

Via a fixed staircase accessible attic with installation of the heating equipment (hot air heating, new boiler 2014). A small loft to store away things. Here you can make a third bedroom and because of the existing dormer window on the garden side and the roof tilt window on the front, it is fairly light and possibly big enough for a double bed. Garden: The back garden is laid out in a maintenance-friendly manner and offers plenty of seating. Because of the depth, there is a lot of sunshine. At the rear is a spacious wooden shed (2010) and there is a back entrance.
