Temporary home available in the form of a Tiny House... available for min. 3 to max. 12 months!

You will stay in an attractive and luxurious Tiny House which is located in the owner's garden, in a quiet location and with a view of the countryside, with the following extras included:
Free parking on site, a private kitchen with complete crockery and pans. Fridge freezer, gas hob, coffee machine, kettle, combi oven/microwave. Private bathroom with shower cabin, toilet, sink with mirror, hairdryer.

Further amenities: 2 flat screen TVs, air conditioning/heating. Bedroom (downstairs) 1 x double bed. Also some extra storage space.

In the summer days you can use the large terrace/veranda including furniture. Extendable awning.

Including WIFI and use of washing machine.

The Tiny House has all the facilities you need to easily arrange your own breakfast and/or dinner. With the bakery, the traditional butcher and the greengrocer all within a 5-minute walk, a delicious fresh breakfast or a simple or more extensive dinner is easily found. The location is rural on the edge of Nistelrode and with a view of farmlands and the beautiful nature reserve De Maashorst is our "back garden". The center of the cozy Nistelrode with atmospheric terraces, restaurants and cafes is a 10-minute walk away. There you will also find a Jumbo supermarket and the largest independent fashion store in the Netherlands "Van Tilburg". Various (junction) cycling routes, through and around the beautiful and extensive Maashorst nature reserve, start just 5 to 10 minutes away.

Rent per month is € 950 for a single-person household, the deposit is equal to one month's rent.

Rent per month is € 1100 for a two-person household, the deposit is equal to one month's rent.
