Oudenbosch is a place in the west of the Dutch province of North Brabant. It is not far from Etten-Leur and Roosendaal. Oudenbosch is best known for the great Basilica of the H.H. Agatha and Barbara, built there between 1865 and 1892, whose design is inspired by two Roman churches.

Oudenbosch has a pleasant center with shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The center is within walking distance of the house.

The house is located a few minutes by car from the A17 motorway. The house is in a residential area. Connecting roads to Roosendaal, Breda, Rotterdam and Antwerp, among others, within a few minutes by car.

The house is located on the edge of the Albano residential area, near sports facilities and the railway station. Forest and recreation area are within cycling distance. Especially with children a nice place to live because Primary School De Regenboog is opposite the house. Incidentally, a quiet neighbor because the entrance is on the other side.
