Oudenbosch is a town in the west of the Dutch province of North Brabant. It is not far from Etten-Leur and Roosendaal. Oudenbosch is best known for the large Basilica of the H.H. Agatha and Barbara which was built between 1865 and 1892 and whose design was inspired by two Roman churches.

Oudenbosch has a pleasant center with shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The center is within walking distance of the house.

The house is a few minutes by car from the A17 motorway. The house is located on the edge of Oudenbosch, near the marina. Connecting roads to Roosendaal, Breda, Rotterdam and Antwerp are within a few minutes by car. sports facilities and railway station are nearby.
