• Identifying your needs and wishes
• Searching a rental home together with you
• Viewing homes for you when you are still abroad and sending up to date pictures
• Negotiating price and conditions
• Reviewing the contract and explaining it to you
• Being present at the initial inspection of the property
• Arranging energy, internet and television connections
• If necessary, providing furniture (monthly surcharge external company)

The cost for our service is: one month rent including VAT (minimum of €750,- ex VAT)

New clients can use our service after a down payment of € 250,- including VAT. If you manage to find a home for yourself, we will still provide our other services (obligatory). We will only look at houses that are after your interest. If there is an agency fee to be paid by the rental agent that offers the object, our fee will be included. This means you will always get a better deal if you use our service!
