Over the past few years, we have established a great network of local partners who have been able to handle technical issues in the rental properties we manage.

Unfortunately, we have found that not everyone always has the time and motivation to quickly take care of small tasks for us, and often unreasonable prices are charged.

For our landlords and tenants, we believe it is important that issues (including smaller tasks) are addressed as quickly as possible. For our landlords, we want this to be done at an acceptable rate.

To maintain and even improve our service at a high level of quality, we have decided to hire our own maintenance and repair technician. This will give us greater control over the execution of the work, and enable us to prioritize urgent matters.

Our colleague Nathan works from Deventer and serves the areas of Deventer, Zwolle, Apeldoorn, Almelo & Enschede.

Of course, our goal is nationwide coverage. With our growing management portfolio, we hope to achieve this in the future!
