RENTAL PRICE

The monthly rental price is €1,500, plus a monthly advance payment of €100 for heating costs. Gas for cooking, water, electricity and local taxes are not included in the rental price and are payable separately by the tenant. The minimum rental period is 12 months. The security deposit amounts to two months' rent.
