LAYOUT
The communal entrance with mailboxes and doorbells leads to the central hall. Here you have access to your own storage room and the indoor parking garage. The ground floor also provides access to the stairwell and the common area with waste containers for quick and easy disposal of household waste. The elevator in the central hall takes you to the seventh floor. Each floor has two escape routes that provide a safe exit to the traffic-free Carnapstraat via the stairwell in case of emergency.  

Seventh floor: 
The entrance provides access to all rooms in the apartment and leads to the spacious living room. The spacious living room with open kitchen is a nice place to relax in peace and quiet. The large windows provide plenty of light throughout the day. A comfortable sitting area and a large dining table are available. French doors provide access to the spacious balcony.
The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences and also has a kettle.

The two bedrooms are spacious and their quiet location ensures a good night's sleep. The master bedroom has a built-in wardrobe. The adjacent bedroom is ideal for use as a children's room and is also well suited as a study and work area or guest room. It also has a spacious wardrobe, desk, and bookcase.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, separate shower, and sink. 
A separate toilet is located in the hallway.

LOCATION

Adjacent to the living room is the south-facing balcony, which offers unobstructed views of Wilhelminapark and the surrounding area. The central entrance to the apartment complex is secured with surveillance cameras and is easily accessible for wheelchair users. The complex is located on a traffic-free street that is closed to unauthorized persons and accessible only to residents of the apartments via a barrier.
Quiet neighborhood with extensive amenities
You will be living right next to Wilhelminapark in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of Amsterdam Nieuw-West. The well-maintained park is an oasis of tranquility where children can safely run, cycle, and play. Dogs are not allowed in the park. The two playgrounds have recently been completely renovated. The large lawn offers plenty of space for children to play, sports activities, or a pleasant picnic with neighbors, friends, or family visitors.

Within walking distance is the Hoofddorpplein neighborhood with a varied selection of well-known shops, several restaurants and cafés, and various amenities that make life in this popular neighborhood very convenient. You can do your daily shopping at the nearby Delflandplein or Sierplein, where a large fresh market is held every Wednesday.

Excellent accessibility and (international) connections:
The elevator is only 5 meters away from your private parking space in the building. Within minutes, you can reach the A10 ring road of Amsterdam by car from your home. In less than 15 minutes, you are ready to depart from Schiphol, Amsterdam Airport. From Schiphol, Intercity trains depart for The Hague (25 min.), Rotterdam (35 min.), and high-speed trains to Brussels (1.5 hours), Paris (3 hours), or via the Channel Tunnel with the EuroStar train directly to London (4 hours).
The Amsterdam Lelylaan train, tram, and metro station is a short walk from your home. A train to Schiphol departs every 10 minutes (travel time approx. 6 minutes). The metro will take you to Amsterdam Zuid WTC in just a few stops. Tram lines 1, 2, and 17 provide fast connections to the city center, the Jordaan, or the Pijp (approx. 10 minutes).
