The villa is located at the edge of the cozy and lively center of the beautiful artist village of Bergen. Bergen has a wide variety of stores, specialty stores, boutiques, restaurants and cozy cafes. Bergen offers a wide choice of child care, primary and secondary education, a European School and museum Kranenburgh. 

On the bike you are in no time on the beach at Bergen aan Zee. In short, beach, dunes and forest all around. By car you are on the A9 in the direction of Amsterdam, Schiphol, The Hague and Utrecht. Within fifteen minutes you are in the historic center of Alkmaar. 

Layout

First floor: Upon entering you will find yourself in the central hall. Here you will find the stairs to the basement, a separate toilet and the door leading to the living room. This living room has a unique appearance due to the high beamed ceilings, large windows and open space. In the middle of the living room is a wood-burning concrete stove where you can keep warm in the cold months. This large open space also houses the kitchen. The custom-made kitchen is fully equipped and is finished with wood. 

Basement: When you go down the stairs you will come to the 3 bedrooms and bathroom. At the bottom of the stairs you will find the bathroom, it is equipped with a sink, separate bathtub with hand shower and a shower with rain shower. The bedrooms are spacious and in excellent condition. Although the bedrooms are located in the basement there is plenty of light. 

Garden: From the living room you enter through sliding doors into the large garden. Whether you want to sit around the campfire at night or relax in the sun in the afternoon, in this garden it's all possible. You will also find a greenhouse and a gazebo. Experience the ultimate feeling of tranquility due to the large amount of nature around you.
