Location:
Located right in the heart of Leiden, a former office complex has been completely transformed into 157 modern studios. The complex is very centrally located right next to Leiden Central Station. It is within walking distance of the charming historic city center, the Bio Science Park, and the LUMC (Leiden University Medical Center), and within easy cycling distance of all university faculties.

The Studios:
The studios are furnished and feature a private kitchenette and an en-suite bathroom.
Studios are rented out to a maximum of 1 person on a lodging basis for a duration of 18 months.

The studios are exclusively offered on an all-inclusive basis:
Includes gas, water, and electricity
Includes internet and TV
Includes service charges

- Move-in date in consultation, but within 1 month of agreement
- Optional parking space available for €100.00 per month
- Please note: Because the complex has a hotel function, applying for housing allowance (huurtoeslag) is not possible
- Please note: Because the complex has a hotel function, municipal registration for a VISA or BSN (Citizen Service Number) is not possible
- Strictly maximum 1 person per studio
- Pets are not allowed
- Fixed rental period of 18 months
- Security deposit is equal to 2 months of the all-inclusive rent
- Only a limited number of studios are still available
