The houseboat is located in a rural location on a dead-end road with only local traffic, near the village of Nieuwersluis. The village centers of Loenen aan de Vecht and Breukelen are 10 minutes away by bike. Moreover, you can easily reach the A2 motorway to Amsterdam or Utrecht. Hilversum can also be reached quickly.

Layout:
The entrance to the houseboat is located on the top floor. A toilet and a spiral staircase are accessible from the hall.
Upstairs on the left is the living room (approx. 32 m2)

The atmospheric ceiling is striking, with roof beams from the sloping roof in sight. On the water side the living room has a sliding door, on the shore side there are patio doors. There is a wonderful wood-burning stove, so that you can enjoy a crackling fire and the cozy warmth of it.

On the right is the open kitchen that offers enough space for cooking and use as a dining room. The kitchen is modern with plenty of cupboard space and various built-in appliances (including an oven, microwave and dishwasher).

The lower floor can be reached via the spiral staircase. There are three bedrooms, a corridor, a technical room and a washing / drying room. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a large wall cupboard.

Naturally there is a spacious bathroom. Luxuriously equipped with a double sink, a walk-in shower and a bathtub.
