This house is rented with at least 1 horse stable of 3.5 by 3 meters in a well-ventilated space. It is not possible to rent the house without a stable. During the day, your horses can stay in the drained paddock, which is equipped with paddock plates and a sprinkler and electric fence system. The paddock is located directly in front of the house and is licensed by the municipality.
The horse stable behind the house has 3 places, when you purchase 1 stable, the remaining places are rented to a 3rd, this for the well-being of your horse.

Facilities:
As a tenant, you can use the extensive facilities of the riding school, such as the 20x40m. ebb and flow indoor arena (no lunging), the 20x40m. outdoor arena (lunging), and the hot and cold water washing areas. This is only possible at times when they are not in use by the riding school. The riding school only has lessons for 3-4 hours per day and is not in use on Saturday afternoon and all day Sunday.
