You’ll have access to a very spacious garden, a private, lockable driveway with parking, a dock with a swimming ladder, and a separate bike shed.

Through the sunroom, you enter the cozy living room with an open kitchen. Thanks to the exposed beams in the ceiling, the open layout, and the fantastic view of the lakes, the living room has a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, range hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, combination oven/microwave, and coffee maker. Go down the stairs to reach the underground level, where the bedroom and bathroom are located. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, a toilet, and a washer/dryer combo. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and built-in closets.

For hiking and biking enthusiasts, this is an ideal setting. Those who enjoy boating or fishing can also fully enjoy the water here. And it’s not just a wonderful place in the summer. In the winter, people regularly dust off their skates for a lovely outing on the frozen lakes.

In short: living here temporarily will soon feel like a vacation. The home is well-suited for one person or a couple.
