From the kitchen, you can access the balcony, where you can enjoy lovely summer evenings together. The balcony is located at the rear of the house.

The master bedroom is very spacious. There are two large closets for all your clothes and shoes. There is a double bed/luxury box spring. You will need to purchase a mattress topper for this yourself. This is a matter of personal taste and also for hygiene reasons. The bedroom also has a small kitchenette/sink. Next to it is the connection for the washing machine and dryer (these are not provided). The master bedroom is also equipped with powerful air conditioning for hot summer days.
Both the living room and bedroom have shutters at the front. 

The bathroom is accessible from the living room. It is fully equipped with a mirror, sink, extractor fan, walk-in shower, and even a whirlpool bath!

In the living room, there is a staircase leading to the second floor. The attic is as large as an average bedroom. It is a great place for a hobby room, but also ideal for a few drying racks. Next to it is a separate room where the central heating system is located. This is a spacious room that also has a connection for a washing machine.
Then we come to the second large bedroom, which is furnished with a single bed, various cupboards and storage space, a desk, and a bracket for mounting a TV.
Both the attic and the bedroom have a skylight, which allows natural light to enter and creates a pleasant atmosphere.
