My experience with this company is as a tenant renting a house. All the process went smoothly since the viewing on the house, going through the signing of the contract and later on. They made everything easy and accessible. Technical support was on time when needed and it is visible that they have a very nice relation with the owners that decide to rent with them.

It was a wonderful experience, as a new expat in Eindhoven I was quite nervous about when I could find a rental hause, and the company started to support me in house finding even before I came to Netherlands, sent video viewings and photos of available properties to me personal phone number according to my specific wishes, and I shake hands for my dream rental house 25 minutes after I put my step in Ei foven airport. They took care of my gas and electric contracts as well, even arranged a cleaning lady for the house. That much help I didn't receive from the expat settlement company that my employer assigned to me. Thank you so much 123Wonen, I am recommending you to all my expat friends preparing to come to Eindhoven.

I found the experience overall very pleasant. I received a reply to my first contact very quickly, which was followed by a very nice online viewing of the house via Skype. Within a few days, a rental agreement was signed. Easy, quick and effortless.

The appointment was offered one day before a viewing without specifying a date, just "on Friday" ))
I got 4 minutes to view an apartment ?!!! The agent was in hurry to leave. She didn't introduce herself and made no effort to talk about the accommodation.

Worked very well with the USAG housing office to make sure that the needs of the base were met. Completed thorough check-in with documentation.
